Since December 2023 Matteo Cattaneo is CEO and Managing Director at Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) dac.
His career with Fideuram began in Italy in 1999 as equity portfolio manager for IMI Fideuram Asset Management, later Fideuram Investimenti. He covered various roles on the Equity Desk - Equity Latin America and US Equity small cap Portfolio Manager, US Equity Fund Manager - and he moved to Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) in 2007 as Head of US Equity. He then became Head of Organisation & IT in 2014 before assuming the role of Head of Business Support & Operations in 2016. After that he was appointed General Manager and Director until assuming current role of CEO and Managing Director. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a post graduate Master’s in International Finance from the Università degli Studi di Pavia.

Giordano Beani has been CIO of Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) dac since February 2021. Before joining FAMI he was Head of Multi-asset Fund Solutions of Amundi SGR in Italy, where he previously held the role of CIO from June 2016 to December 2017.
Prior to that he worked for the BNL/BNP Paribas Group as Chief Investment Officer Italy from 2000 to 2014, before joining the headquarters of BNPP IP in Paris as responsible for global funds and mandates in the SRI Equity Team until May 2016.
He has been working in the asset management industry for more than 30 years with main Italian and foreign groups (Unicredit, Primegest, DWS, BNP, Amundi).
Giordano graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Bocconi University in Milan in 1987. He has held his CFA qualification since 1993.
